Summary

Join Bainbridge/BC Analytics as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities in private equity and M&A. Based remotely in the U.S., you will prospect potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for sales executives. The compensation package includes a base salary ($50,000-$65,000) plus a performance-based bonus, with an OTE of $70,000-$110,000+. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 years minimum proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation in a professional service environment
  • Demonstrated business acumen and excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate service offerings and value propositions effectively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Professional demeanor with proven ability to serve the C-Suite
  • Collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive outbound sales calls to prospective clients to initiate the M&A deal process
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for sales executives through effective communication and active listening
  • Create compelling messaging tailored to the needs of different prospect segments
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
  • Track and report on activity and results to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of sales goals
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adept at handling objections and overcoming challenges in a professional manner
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
  • FINRA licensing
  • Prior experience in financial services, such as wealth management
