As a Sales Development Representative, you will convert warm leads into sales, onboard customers, grow your client base through excellent service and referrals, and collaborate with your manager on new sales initiatives. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent. The role requires 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, industry knowledge (beauty, salons, etc.), Salesforce and Google Suite expertise, and fluent English. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Sales Development Representative experience with a proven track record of success
  • Industry knowledge (e.g. beauty, salons, nail tech, hair-dressing, etc.)
  • Medium/High level of Salesforce skills
  • Expertise with Google Suite
  • Fluent English language skills

Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads to sales, and help with initial onboarding of the customer
  • Grow your base by delivering excellent service, farming referrals from your existing clients and exploring other avenues to generate sales
  • Work closely with your manager to onboard new initiatives to help drive sales performance
