Sales Development Representative

Summary

Join Booksy as a Sales Development Representative and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding global company. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will convert warm leads into sales, onboard new customers, and cultivate client relationships to generate referrals. You will collaborate with your manager on new sales initiatives and mentor team members. This fully remote position requires 1-2 years of experience in sales development, industry knowledge (beauty, salons, etc.), proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite, and fluent English. Requirements

• 1-2 years of Sales Development Representative experience with a proven track record of success
• Industry knowledge (e.g. beauty, salons, nail tech, hair-dressing, etc.)
• Medium/High level of Salesforce skills
• Expertise with Google Suit
• Fluent English language skills

Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads to sales
• Help with initial onboarding of the customer
• Grow your base by delivering excellent service, farming referrals from your existing clients and exploring other avenues to generate sales
• Work closely with your manager to onboard new initiatives to help drive sales performance
• Mentor 2-3 people on your pod
• Lead from the front, upholding the values and ideals of Booksy
