Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for the sales team (via: generate outbound leads, receive inbound leads, and boost the sales executives' portfolio)
  • Daily lead management activities (including call volume, contact sequences through our AI tools, responding to email requests, converting quality leads, assigning opportunities to the Sales team, managing a database of top potential clients, continuous improvement in lead management processes and guidelines)
  • Manage the acquisition of new clients in the commercial pipeline, qualified/converted opportunities, follow-up on the commercial management of opportunities and closing speed, percentage of rejected leads, closed/won
  • Define the criteria to be considered for the lead generation commercial strategy, based on Lead potential and industry seasonality
  • Manage dashboards, reports, and pipeline metrics to help advance opportunities more efficiently
  • Optimize the flow of potential clients based on company size, funnel speed, and account mix, maintaining adequate lead generation to support the country's B2B growth
  • Manage the progress of supplier activities according to the business plan
  • Initial contact to identify the needs of potential clients and verify if they meet the commercial requirements
  • Improve the prospecting of new clients (Inbound)
