You'll work closely with the sales team to improve our sales pitch and contribute to the company's overall success. Requirements

  • Book 10+ school demos for the team every week through top of funnel outreach
  • Win over schools with fast follow through, strong attention to detail, and palpable customer empathy
  • Communicate insights and blockers from conversations to help inform how to make our pitch better for schools

Responsibilities

  • Make over 500 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team
  • Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM so that we can close
  • Learn how our value proposition applies to schools so that you can engage in quality conversation on the phone

  • Passion for sales and a desire to drive top-of-funnel growth at a startup within a startup
  • Care about schools and education and are willing to vouch for a product that will help improve their lives
  • Believe in our vision and the value in creating a more accessible way for schools to bring in qualified staff, especially substitute teachers
