Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in pipeline management, cold outreach, and setting appointments
  • Strong prospecting, research, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, working 40–50 hours per week, Monday–Friday (8 AM–8 PM CST)
  • Location : Central America, including Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru
  • Laptop with at least 16GB RAM, Core i5 (8th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 (4th Gen or higher)
  • Stable high-speed internet (10mbps upload, 20mbps download)
  • Noise-canceling headset with a microphone
  • Power backup (250–300W UPS)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for commercial clients and field accounts
  • Proactively cold call, email, and text potential customers to pitch Ergeon’s value
  • Schedule appointments between potential clients and Key Account Managers
  • Review bid documents for large commercial opportunities
  • Create and maintain follow-up structures and communications for client accounts
  • Monitor and report on recruitment and deal closures to FAMs
  • Support KAMs by managing lead assignments and coordinating on-site visits
  • Collaborate with FAMs and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative and/or telemarketing
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (data extraction and transformation)
  • Skilled in handling objections and adapting sales strategies
