Summary

As a Sales Development Representative at Dragonfly, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities by using cold outreach and nurturing existing marketing-generated leads. Your primary focus will be to generate 14 fully qualified meetings per week for the North America Business Development team. You will spend 80% of your time on sales-related activities and 20% on marketing-related tasks.

• Ability to identify likely Dragonfly target companies and personnel based on their profile
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, trust, and confidence
• Good organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Generate 14 fully qualified meetings per week for the North America Business Development team
• Use a combination of cold outreach and nurturing existing marketing-generated leads to generate sales opportunities
• Build weekly, monthly, and annual strategic plans to align with client requirements, geopolitical trends, and internal intelligence outputs
• Run targeted email campaigns using relevant Dragonfly content
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team on weekly campaigns targeting prospects based on their company profile or proximity of operations
