Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or possess relevant work experience
  • Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in cold calling and email outreach without hurting the domain or company reputation
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of connection and accountability
  • Display resilience, and a persistent outbound approach to drive engagement and maintain a positive demeanor
  • Showcase excellent interpersonal skills crucial for effective relationship building
  • Be capable of remote work with access to the necessary resources for task completion

Responsibilities

  • Generate demand via various outbound channels and book qualified demos into the sales pipeline
  • Assess the requirements of potential customers and effectively communicate the advantages of Flagright solutions
  • Cultivate multifaceted relationships to firmly establish Flagright's position as a trusted advisor
  • Implement measures to nurture emerging leads into qualified opportunities and successful customer acquisitions
  • Aggressively pursue potential opportunities to meet your quota in APAC
  • Work closely with the CEO in closing your deals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be excited by a fast-past, constantly evolving startup environment
  • Have at least 9 months sales development experience – including cold calling, crafting personalised outreach messages and prospecting videos
  • Be willing to take ownership of the sales development function and make it your own
  • Have previous start up experience
  • Have a track record of achieving against a quota in previous positions
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Be able to leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and Apollo
