Summary
Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote Sales Development Representative based in Latin America! This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a proactive approach, and a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field, proficiency in CRM software, and excellent research and data analysis skills. Compensation ranges from $700-$1000 USD per month, and the position is for an independent contractor working remotely.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
- Excellent research and data analysis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts
- Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to generate new leads
- Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and manage follow-up activities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, and challenges, and fit with the company’s solutions
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set up meetings or calls with the sales team
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and lead quality
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
- Continuously analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation efforts
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and results for senior management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Benefits
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $700 - $1,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
