Summary

Innovative Systems/FinScan ® is looking for talented and dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to support expansion and growth within Europe and abroad. SDRs will generate qualified sales opportunities, collaborate with teams, manage internal resources, and engage C level executives. Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR/BDR/AE for a SaaS or software business is required, along with proficiency in sales engagement platforms and tools.

Requirements

  • Excellent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year successful experience as an SDR/BDR/AE for a SaaS or software business
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and tools, such as SalesLoft OR Outreach (SalesLoft preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Lusha
  • Experience in multi-channel prospecting (Phone, Email, LinkedIn InMail) with capability in all three. Picking up the phone is an absolute must!
  • Experience researching prospects' strategic objectives, challenges and needs, and in formulating specific and effective value proposition-centered engagement
  • Motivated to reach and exceed challenging goals and milestones
  • A sincere desire to progress into an Account Executive (field sales) or SDR management role within 24 months
  • Ability and willingness to work ‘in office’ at our London City, Tower 42 location three (3) or more days each week

Responsibilities

  • Consistently conduct high-quality prospecting activities to generate well-qualified sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with account executives, sales leadership, marketing and other internal teams to stay aligned on strategy
  • Use ‘project manager’ skills to coordinate internal resources and lead internal account plan update meetings
  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology to form a clear understanding of relevant value propositions
  • Engage C level executives in targeted prospect accounts through all channels
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of high-priority prospects
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the companies and markets you oversee

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience prospecting into Financial Services and Insurance accounts
  • Experience talking to risk, compliance, KYC, AML personas
