Join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be the first point of contact for potential clients, actively contributing to our company's growth. You will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and build impactful partnerships by actively listening to understand client needs and conducting disciplined outreach through calls, emails, and creative methods. The role involves collaborating with the sales team, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and developing innovative approaches to connect with clients. You will also be responsible for managing your pipeline, meeting targets, and documenting interactions in our CRM. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement into senior sales, partnerships, or marketing roles. While predominantly remote, occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (health-related is preferred)
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
- Actively listen to understand clients' unique needs and challenges
- Conduct disciplined outreach to potential clients using a combination of calls, emails, and creative methods
- Identify opportunities by asking insightful and inquisitive questions to uncover customerβs needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and nurture relationships
- Think outside the box to develop innovative approaches to connect with clients
- Stay disciplined in managing your pipeline, meeting targets, and documenting interactions in our CRM
- Learn and grow with the goal of advancing into senior sales, partnerships, or marketing roles
- Will spend some of your time conducting marketing or partnerships activities
