Join Luxer One, a leading provider of package management solutions, as a Sales Development Representative! In this full-time, fully remote role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team. You will leverage market insights to refine your strategies and contribute to business growth. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, tailoring appointment-setting strategies, qualifying leads, and maintaining organized databases. This position requires strong communication skills, 4+ years of sales experience, proficiency in Google Suite, and a detail-oriented approach. A bonus will be paid for each closed deal. We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to help us expand our reach across North America.
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- 4+ years of experience in sales and business development experience
- Organized and detail-oriented with LinkedIn or email outreach
- Experience with Google Suite
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Enthusiastic and comfortable speaking with leads and clients
- Basic Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients to generate interest and book appointments
- Use market insights to tailor appointment-setting strategies and improve lead qualification
- Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs
- Explore opportunities to contribute to business growth through appointment setting
- Efficiently set appointments for the sales team based on lead qualification
- Send out proposals to qualified leads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain an organised database of leads, appointments, and proposal interactions
- Monitor and track appointment-setting metrics, and provide regular reports
- Maintain relationships and accounts of existing clients (accounts receivable)
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and preferences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email tracking software and CRMs
- Customer service experience

- $2,500 per month, paid every two weeks*
- Full-time, fully remote
- 2 weeks paid time off per year after 6 months
