Summary

Join Ready Credit Corporation as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and drive outbound lead generation to fuel our sales pipeline. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role requires identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach, leveraging technology solutions. You will articulate the value proposition of our products, overcome objections, and transition qualified leads to sales leadership. This fast-paced opportunity demands a results-driven professional with strong communication and time management skills. The base salary is $50k-$60k, with a commission package that can bring the total compensation to $100k+. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in Sales Development
  • Consistent track record of generating qualified leads
  • Highly energetic self-starter; results driven with excellent time management skills
  • Strong people skills; overcome tough objections; solution sell
  • Great teammate. You partner with others and work for the success of the team
  • Exhibit a β€œcan do” attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define campaign/communication tactics & strategy to best qualify and engage prospects
  • Engage in conversations with mid to senior-level contacts regarding business priorities/challenges and explore relevant solution options
  • Utilize sales and prospecting applications such as: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products and services and overcome objections
  • Effectively transition qualified leads to sales leadership for conversion to customers
  • Utilize email to schedule appointments, ensure appointments are accepted and follow up with the prospect and sales leadership to ensure the connection is made
  • Capture accurate and complete information in CRM including contact information, call results and detailed comments
  • Analyze weekly Key Performance Indicator results and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Identify and qualify viable prospects that lead to meetings with the Director of Business Development
  • May perform other job-related duties as assigned
