Join Monte Carlo as our Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in identifying pipeline opportunities for our sales team. You will manage the entire process from account and contact selection to outreach strategy and messaging. As a growing company, you'll also contribute to building our outbound playbook, collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. Requirements
- Deep desire to help build the data observability category
- Comfortability with ambiguity, change, and a fast-paced working environment
- Bias towards speed
- 1+ years of work experience in a pipeline generation role or a heavy process orientation role
- Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment
- Experience with a complex and consultative sales process
- Humble mindset - not afraid to speak up and ask for help when needed
Responsibilities
- Identify pipeline opportunities for the sales team within target accounts
- Own the end-to-end process of account selection, contact selection, outreach strategy, and messaging
- Help build the Outbound playbook, partnering with the sales team to achieve company pipeline & revenue goals
