Summary
Join Monte Carlo as an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in identifying pipeline opportunities for the sales team. You will manage the entire process from account and contact selection to outreach strategy and messaging. As a growing company, you will also contribute to building the Outbound playbook, collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. This position requires a deep desire to build the data observability category, comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, and a bias towards speed. A minimum of one year of experience in a pipeline generation or process-oriented role is necessary, along with a demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or ambiguous environment. A humble mindset and experience with a complex, consultative sales process are also essential.

Responsibilities
- Identify pipeline opportunities for the sales team within a set of target accounts
- Own the end to end process of account selection, contact selection, outreach strategy and messaging
- Help build the Outbound playbook - partnering closely with our sales team to help achieve our company pipeline & revenue goals
