Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Based in South Africa
  • A passion for high-growth environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Identify Opportunities: Identify high-potential leads through market research, inbound lead management, and outbound prospecting. You’ll engage decision-makers to understand their challenges and determine how Nivoda can help
  • Create a Memorable First Impression: You’ll be the face of Nivoda for many potential customers, creating a strong first impression through personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more
  • Qualify Leads: Through effective communication and deep listening, you’ll identify the prospects most likely to benefit from Nivoda’s offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads, ensuring alignment and communication that drives efficiency. You'll be an integral part of the sales team’s success
  • Data-Driven Approach: Maintain meticulous records of your outreach, engagement, and results in our CRM (Hubspot). You’ll use data and key metrics to refine your prospecting strategies and continuously improve
  • Innovate & Improve: Share feedback from potential clients to help us refine our messaging and product offerings. You'll play a role in improving our customer journey from day one

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market
  • Strong data analytics skills and experience using insights to enhance prospecting strategies
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks
  • Prior experience in a fast-scaling environment
