Summary

You will generate new business opportunities, schedule demos and meetings for Sales Directors, and be the first point of contact for many potential customers. Your work will directly impact the company's growth. Key responsibilities include qualifying leads, enriching lead data, engaging with MQLs and non-marketing leads, maintaining prospect interaction records, collaborating with marketing, and meeting lead generation targets. The ideal candidate possesses prior sales development or inside sales experience (ideally in SaaS), is perfectly bilingual (French and English), and demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and goal-oriented skills. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role, ideally in the SaaS industry
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and engagingly explain complex concepts
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Passion for outbound sales
  • Desire to grow into a Sales Director role

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and fit with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Enrich lead data using our tech stack (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Salesforce)
  • For Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): quickly engage through cold outreach including email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages to schedule demos/meetings with our Sales team
  • For non-marketing leads: identify and target potential prospects through market research, prospecting, and outbound lead generation
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions in our CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets (demos/meetings scheduled)
