Summary

Join Pearl Talent as their first full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in driving their growth strategy. This fully remote position, open to candidates in the Philippines, requires outbound prospecting and lead qualification for a high-impact healthcare management organization. You will work closely with a physician-founder and a dedicated team, contributing to a mission-driven initiative. The role offers opportunities for growth, expanding responsibilities, and shaping sales and operational strategies. Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Previous experience as a B2B SDR, ideally in healthcare or with provider groups
  • Confident in making cold calls and following up persistently
  • Proficient in LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify primary care and house call practices in California
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls with the founder
  • Maintain and update the CRM (training and access provided)
  • Participate in 2–3 weekly team check-in calls (30 minutes each)
  • Format and organize clinical protocol documents using provided content
  • Assist in structuring internal files and templates for team efficiency
  • Support special projects as needed—flexibility is key in our dynamic team!

Preferred Qualifications

Experience formatting documents in Word, Canva, or Google Docs
