Summary

Join a pioneering, women-founded wellness brand as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and lead the charge on B2B lead generation. This fully remote, full-time independent contractor role requires 40 hours per week, overlapping with US business hours. You will own top-of-funnel outbound lead generation, qualify inbound leads, research and target wellness businesses, and run outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Manage outreach cadences and lead status via CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce), log activity, improve lead quality, and book meetings. The ideal candidate possesses prior SDR/BDR experience (2+ years preferred), excellent writing skills, and strong presentation skills aligned with the brand's design-conscious nature.

Requirements

  • Strong English with a neutral accent
  • Prior SDR or BDR experience (2+ years minimum preferred)
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles , especially for consumer wellness/CBD/lifestyle/retail brands
  • Excellent writer; can tailor outreach with warmth and brand-aligned tone
  • Highly presentable, polished, and visually/aesthetically aligned with the design-conscious nature of TribeTokes’ brand
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using HubSpot, Salesforce, OpenPhone, Google Sheets, and Slack

Responsibilities

  • Owning top-of-funnel outbound B2B lead generation
  • Qualifying inbound leads and warming them through nurture sequences
  • Researching and targeting wellness-forward businesses (dispensaries, spas, retail boutiques)
  • Running outreach campaigns via email, phone (OpenPhone), and LinkedIn
  • Managing outreach cadences, sales sequences, and lead status via CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce)
  • Logging activity and improving lead quality through data-driven processes
  • Booking meetings and handing off qualified leads to the founder or closer
