Sales Development Representative in Germany

Summary

PlaytestCloud, a premier user testing provider for games, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic sales team. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels, collaborating with Account Executives, researching client needs, and maintaining active engagement with leads. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a sales development role, be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales development role with a track record of success
• Self-motivated and driven by results. Comfortable to meet or exceed performance targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients via phone, email and video conferencing
• First experiences with CRM software (we use Pipedrive) and ideally sales automation tools
• Native spoken and written English skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment and resourceful in the face of ambiguity
• Proactive team player who is always thinking on how to improve your work
• Naturally curious, continuously learning and regular self reflection on opportunities to grow
• Located within ±2 hours of the Europe/Berlin time zone (CET)

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach (multi-channel)
• Collaborate with Account Executives to continuously generate new pipeline through account research, strategy, and outreach
• Research and understand the needs of clients, prospects, and customers, and effectively communicate PlaytestCloud’s value proposition
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through regular communication
• Work directly with the Head of Sales on possible pipeline growth strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with usability testing or user research
• Passion for video games and familiarity with the gaming industry
• Experience in the ad tech or game tech sector
