  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms for managing lead and opportunity data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade leads effectively
  • Proven experience working in a sales development role or a similar sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s services and generating interest
  • Screen and qualify leads through effective communication, identifying potential opportunities and ensuring they meet the company's criteria
  • Use dialer systems like Kixie, HubSpot, CallRail, VanillaSoft, Five9, or similar platforms to streamline call processes and improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms to track lead progress and follow-ups
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted into opportunities
