Summary

Join a leading private label automotive parts manufacturer as their new Sales Development Representative (SDR)! This remote position focuses on engaging warm leads, website visitors, and existing customers via phone calls, texts, and emails. You will manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, converting prospects into customers and building strong client relationships. Success in this role involves consistently exceeding daily call and text targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and demonstrating high lead satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of D2C sales experience, HubSpot CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, with a proven track record in lead engagement and conversion
  • Strong experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar platforms to manage and track sales activities
  • Proficiency in English, with Spanish fluency a strong plus for engaging the company’s Spanish-speaking customer base

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to warm leads, website visitors, and existing customers via phone calls and text messages, with a primary focus on calls and texts
  • Engage with prospects, answer questions, and educate them on the company’s product offerings
  • Utilize email for follow-ups when necessary, ensuring all communication channels are leveraged effectively
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups
  • Continuously update the sales pipeline to ensure leads are progressing through the stages of the sales cycle
  • Maintain a focus on lead conversion and work towards set appointment and sales targets
  • Convert engaged leads into customers by clearly explaining the value of the products and helping them through the buying process
  • Build strong relationships with leads, ensuring a personalized experience that aligns with their needs
  • Follow up regularly to ensure customers’ needs are met and to encourage repeat business
  • Report regularly to the sales team, providing updates on lead status, conversion rates, and sales activities
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve outreach strategies and enhance the overall sales process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of automotive parts and car enthusiast products
  • High energy, drive, and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in phone and text-based outreach, ensuring clear and engaging conversations with leads
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a focus on converting leads into customers
  • Passion for the automotive industry, with an eagerness to learn and share knowledge about the company’s products
  • Consistently reach out to clients by making 100+ dials/calls daily, and 200+ SMS texts
  • Effectively manage and update the pipeline in HubSpot CRM, maintaining accurate records of all interactions
  • Demonstrate strong customer engagement through phone calls and text communication, ensuring high lead satisfaction
  • Successfully contribute to the company’s growth by converting engaged leads into long-term customers
  • Provide valuable insights into customer needs and pain points, helping improve the sales process
  • Help refine and optimize the D2C sales approach, with a focus on increasing conversions and customer retention
