Requirements
- Proven experience handling a high volume of calls and effectively qualifying leads
- Experience using dialer systems like Kixie or similar tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for managing lead and opportunity data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade leads effectively
- Demonstrated motivation, enthusiasm, and a go-getter attitude towards achieving sales goals and driving performance
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls to potential leads, introducing the companyβs services and generating interest
- Screen and qualify leads through effective communication, identifying potential opportunities and ensuring they meet the company's criteria
- Use Kixie or similar dialer systems to streamline call processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, to track lead progress and follow-ups
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication to move prospects through the sales funnel
