Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s services and generating interest
  • Screen and qualify leads through effective communication, identifying potential opportunities and ensuring they meet the company's criteria
  • Use Kixie or similar dialer systems to streamline call processes and improve efficiency
