Sales Development Representative

Summary

The job is for a Sales Development Representative at Saviynt, based in London. The role involves outbound prospecting, engaging with senior decision-makers, identifying qualified sales opportunities, account mapping, communicating the value of the Saviynt platform, maintaining detailed records in Salesforce, collaborating with marketing, providing onsite support at field events, and meeting/exceeding KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Enterprise Sales with complex sales cycles
• Strong sales tool skills: Salesforce , LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Lusha etc
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proven comfort and skill making cold calls and navigating through all levels of an organisation
• Experience in collaborating with channel partners
• Professional, ambitious, determined and results-oriented mind set
• Must be able to commute to London with the ability to travel to field events
• Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting into large Enterprise accounts with a high volume of cold calling
• Engage with Senior Decision Makers in Security, Compliance and other key stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Efficiently identify qualified sales opportunities for the field
• Account mapping with field sales and channel partners
• Effectively communicate the value of the Saviynt platform and competitive differentiators
• Maintain detailed/ updated records on lead activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead development and hand-off to sales
• Collaborate closely with Marketing–adhering to inbound lead follow up SLAs
• Provide onsite support at field marketing events
