
Sales Development Representative

Summary
Join Saviynt as a Benelux Sales Development Representative and identify, generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. You will be responsible for assessing company needs and tailoring outreach to each account. This remote position requires ambition, relationship selling skills, multitasking abilities, and fluency in Dutch and English. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of technology sales development experience, exceptional communication skills, and demonstrated success with large enterprise customers. Requirements
- Be native/fluent Dutch and English
- 1-3 year of successful experience, preferably in technology sales development
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence
- Demonstrated success prospecting into Large Enterprise customers
- Extremely self-motivated. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM applications
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy, Incident Response Policy/Procedures, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures, Mobile Device Policy, Account Management Policy, Access Control Policy, Personnel Security Policy, Privacy Policy
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Assess a companyβs needs and cater the outreach to each Account/Prospect specifically
