Summary

The job description is for a Sales Development Representative at Sift. In this role, the employee will generate a sales pipeline, engage prospective customers, and represent the Sift brand at events. The candidate should have prior sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Tech, and a BA/BS degree.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of prior sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Tech, or a Startup environment
  • A BA/BS degree, with a preference for Business or Technical majors
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for sales and a desire to build a career in software and technology
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc

Responsibilities

  • Identify Key Personas: Pinpoint key decision-makers within high-value accounts and establish the groundwork for enduring relationships
  • Conduct High Volume Prospecting: Engage in high-volume outreach, including personalized social and email communications, and making 40-50 calls daily
  • Coordinate Discovery Calls: Arrange discovery calls for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Teams: Sales and Marketing to support successful campaigns
  • Brand Representation: Represent the Sift brand at industry conferences and events
