Remote Sales Development Representative

Summary

SportsRecruits is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build the sales pipeline for their rapidly growing business. This role involves outbound and inbound sales activities, prospecting, data management, strategy execution, and meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. The candidate should have 0-2 years of sales-related experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication and analytical skills, and ideally have coaching experience at the club or collegiate level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a monthly pipeline of inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Engage with prospects to identify pain points via phone, email, social selling, etc
• Compile and organize datasets to enable strategy execution
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience coaching at the club or collegiate level is strongly preferred
