Summary
Join Tech Holding, a full-service consulting firm, as a Sales Development Representative. You will identify and engage potential clients needing custom software development, cloud consulting, or IT strategy services. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or partner sales within the software development or IT consulting industry
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and IT consulting services
- Proven track record of managing and closing client partner deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales processes at once
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Responsibilities
- Identify & Qualify Leads – Research, engage, and nurture potential clients looking for software development consulting services
- Develop Client Partnerships – Build strong relationships with businesses needing custom software solutions, cloud consulting, and IT strategy
- Manage the Sales Pipeline – Handle inbound & outbound sales, guide prospects through the sales funnel, and work with senior sales leaders to close deals
- Consultative Selling – Understand client business needs and position our software development & IT consulting services effectively
- Collaborate with Technical Teams – Work with solution architects & engineers to tailor proposals and present customized solutions to clients
- Track & Report Metrics – Maintain CRM records, track progress, and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue growth
- Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – Execute strategic sales initiatives and build strong client relationships to achieve quota
