Requirements
- Have 2+ years’ experience selling software to the construction or related industries
- Have 2+ years’ experience developing leads from Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and meeting sales quotas
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills, particularly around managing information
- Demonstrate interest in a career in lead generation, business development and client growth
- Be self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude
- Be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
- Be deadline driven with a high sense of urgency. Be a hard worker
- Be diligent, thorough and detail oriented
- Have a passion for working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to demonstrate personal commitment and drive to set and exceed high standards
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough, targeted searches and queries to research, qualify, and generate sales leads that align with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Initiate communications with new business prospects via phone and/or email
- Successfully convey the company’s value proposition to new business prospects via phone and schedule virtual product demonstrations for Sales Reps in accordance with the prospect’s availability
- Facilitate smooth, warm transfers of quality opportunities to Sales Reps and schedule other appointments when appropriate
- Create and use Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to cultivate and build relationships with prospects
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and strategic outreach
- Vet inbound communications from potential clients
- Quickly identify a company’s “pain points” and use case to assess potential fit
- Demonstrate a firm understanding of the prospect. Know the prospective customer’s requirements, goals, and concerns
- Understand the product inside and out. Clearly and concisely articulate the value of the product to prospective customers
- Prioritize deadlines to effectively meet Marketing and Sales Team goals
- Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of CRM system according to team best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other business-related majors
- Have experience using Sales Force and HubSpot
