Summary

Join our team as a Sales Development Representative and become a key player in our sales process! You will qualify leads, engage with prospects, and determine if they are a good fit for our company. This role involves using a provided script to understand prospect needs and schedule appointments for the sales team. Success is measured by your ability to hand off promising leads. We offer training and support to help you excel. This is a remote position with regular working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM US Pacific Time. Compensation includes $7 per hour plus commissions.

Requirements

  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as appointment setting or telemarketing
  • Communication: You have exceptional communication skills and a courteous phone manner
  • Attention to Detail: You're meticulous with your notes and record-keeping, ensuring no detail is missed
  • Tech Savvy: You're comfortable with MS Office Suite and a CRM system
  • Independent & Adaptable: You can work independently and solve problems on the fly while also thriving as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Pre-qualify leads by following a proven script and asking the right questions to determine if they meet our criteria
  • Build rapport with prospects in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments for our Sales team, ensuring a smooth and effective handoff
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to continually refine our process and improve results
