Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Proficient in MS Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks while staying highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent note-taking and record-keeping abilities
Responsibilities
- Book potential candidates' appointments
- Pre-qualify leads by following a script and scheduling appointments for the Sales team
- Engage with leads professionally and courteously, building rapport and understanding their needs
- Conduct a prequalification process to ensure leads meet the criteria for services/products offered
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment scheduling activities in the designated CRM system
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further sales discussions
