Summary
Join Voltron Data, a venture-backed company revolutionizing data analytics with Apache Arrow, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You'll play a key role in expanding their market presence by developing and executing outbound strategies, collaborating with the go-to-market team, and generating qualified leads. This role involves sourcing and qualifying leads, researching key decision-makers, executing multi-touch cadences, collaborating with Account Executives, maintaining CRM data, shadowing on discovery calls and demos, refining the SDR playbook, and consistently exceeding pipeline creation targets.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of SDR experience at a high-growth startup, ideally in data/compute/infra
- A track record of exceeding pipeline goals
- Confidence in multi-channel prospecting
- Curiosity, coachability, and a hunger to learn
- Startup grit: adaptable, proactive, and resilient
- Mastery of sales tools (CRM, prospecting, sequencing, enrichment)
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify high-potential leads aligned to our ICP
- Research and identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach with precision
- Execute multi-touch cadences across email, phone, and social
- Collaborate with AEs to hand off qualified opportunities
- Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and actionable
- Shadow AEs on discovery calls and demosβthis is a launchpad to a closing role
- Refine and evolve our SDR playbook
- Consistently hit (and exceed) pipeline creation targets
