Summary

Join Voltron Data, a venture-backed company revolutionizing data analytics with Apache Arrow, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You'll play a key role in expanding their market presence by developing and executing outbound strategies, collaborating with the go-to-market team, and generating qualified leads. This role involves sourcing and qualifying leads, researching key decision-makers, executing multi-touch cadences, collaborating with Account Executives, maintaining CRM data, shadowing on discovery calls and demos, refining the SDR playbook, and consistently exceeding pipeline creation targets.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of SDR experience at a high-growth startup, ideally in data/compute/infra
  • A track record of exceeding pipeline goals
  • Confidence in multi-channel prospecting
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a hunger to learn
  • Startup grit: adaptable, proactive, and resilient
  • Mastery of sales tools (CRM, prospecting, sequencing, enrichment)

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify high-potential leads aligned to our ICP
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach with precision
  • Execute multi-touch cadences across email, phone, and social
  • Collaborate with AEs to hand off qualified opportunities
  • Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and actionable
  • Shadow AEs on discovery calls and demosβ€”this is a launchpad to a closing role
  • Refine and evolve our SDR playbook
  • Consistently hit (and exceed) pipeline creation targets
