Requirements
- Native-level English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in U.S.-focused sales roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. business landscape, including industry practices and cultural nuances
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and experience with sales/marketing automation tools
- At least 2 years of remote sales experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry, with CRM experience (Salesforce, Health Cloud, HubSpot). HIPAA compliance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Understand the U.S. market, including industry trends, competitors, and client needs
- Run lead generation campaigns to find and engage key decision-makers in U.S. companies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo
- Create outreach strategies to engage U.S. clients, showcasing how InVitro Capital's solutions can help them
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring regular follow-up and meeting sales targets
- Build strong relationships with U.S. clients, becoming a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships
