Summary

Join Clearstory's sales team as a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of construction industry experience. You will identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities, developing valuable sales skills. This remote role offers a $66.5K base salary plus a $20K variable component, totaling $86.5k OTE, along with equity options. As an early team member, you'll significantly impact the company's development and culture, contributing to a game-changing technology in the commercial construction industry. Requirements

  • 3+ years Construction Industry experience including working on the Change Order Process, as a project engineer, project manager or other relevant role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Be a great writer, speaker, and listener
  • Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain the Clearstory value propositions
  • The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
  • Flexibility
  • The intellectual horsepower to become a guide on Clearstory and commercial construction in a matter of weeks, and the curiosity to keep learning about all its intricacies for years to come
  • Ambitious and driven to exceed all expectations

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling and emailing activities
  • Develop and iterate our Company and sales team
  • Influence the culture of your workplace
  • Make an immediate impact with a product that already has an established product market fit and a healthy and growing user base
  • Influence product development

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of B2B cold-calling and CRM experience
