Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SDR team management within the technology/SaaS sector, with a strong record of exceeding sales team targets
- Proven experience in building and leading sales development teams, with a focus on recruiting, training, and performance management
- Success in early-stage, high-growth environments characterized by rapid change
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, sales engagement platforms, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Effective performance management, coaching, and training skills
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback and drive accountability
- Strong team orientation and collaboration skills
- Sound judgment in managing focus, juggling multiple priorities, and knowing when to escalate
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a growing team of SDRs, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, tools, and support to succeed
- Build a collaborative, high-energy culture that fosters creativity, accountability, and professional growth
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching through shadowing, role-playing, and regular feedback sessions
- Develop and implement multi-channel playbooks and outreach strategies to maximize engagement with key accounts and drive predictable pipeline growth
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align SDR activities with broader revenue goals
- Streamline qualification processes, focusing on delivering high-quality opportunities to Account Executives and ensuring seamless handoffs
- Monitor, track, and analyze SDR metrics in CRM and sales engagement tools, using data to refine workflows and exceed performance targets
- Continuously evaluate and improve SDR processes, incorporating technology and best practices to optimize outcomes
- Partner closely with Sales Account Executives, Sales and Account Management AVPs, and Marketing to align on account priorities, messaging, and opportunities
- Act as a key liaison between SDRs and other go-to-market teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment across the buyer journey
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare vertical is a plus

- A base pay of $100,000-$120,000 per year, with the exact amount depending on factors such as prior employment history, job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, length of service, and geographic location
