Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling SDR teams in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with nice to have experience in IT/security
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, and other prospecting platforms)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and performance management
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, constantly evolving startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Jump into a player coach role: lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales development strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize pipeline generation
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of outbound efforts
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for the SDR team, tracking key metrics and providing regular feedback
  • Conduct ongoing training and development programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of your team
  • Analyze team performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new SDRs as the team expands
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff process and strong pipeline management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving sales methodologies
