Summary

Join Point B, a business innovation firm, and partner with top consultants to drive lead generation on the East Coast, focusing on the Healthcare Payer industry. You will establish executive relationships, lead sales processes, and grow the business in revenue and client base. This role requires 5-8 years of sales or consulting experience, a proven track record of achieving significant sales targets, and experience in consultative selling and account planning. Requirements

  • Have 5-8 years of corporate/business sales experience or consulting delivery experience
  • Successful track record of pursuing and landing sales at a pace of $3M to $6M per year or greater
  • Experience in networking and calling on multiple levels of decision makers (including C-suite)
  • Trained and or experienced in consultative selling
  • Experience in driving Customer Growth and Account Planning strategies
  • Experienced with team selling strategies
  • Built a network of professionals to help you leverage your expertise
  • Successfully “hunted” to acquire new clients, preferably in management consulting or delivery of services
  • Built a deep and broad professional network that aligns to our target customers in the life sciences industry
  • Negotiated new or existing contracts to best position the customer and consulting firm for successful outcomes
  • Developed successful proposals and shown exceptional negotiation and customer management skills
  • Effectively managed and accurately forecasted sales cycles ranging from one to twelve months
  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. Degree, MBA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with some of the best and brightest consultants to drive lead generation on the East Coast
  • Expand our business in the Healthcare Payer industry
  • Establish and deepen executive relationships with prospective and current customers
  • Lead the sales process to help targeted customers achieve strategic outcomes in collaboration with industry specialists, solution teams, and account teams
  • Grow the business in terms of revenue, the value we bring to customers, our number of clients and profitability

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 USD per year
