The Concinnity Company is seeking a growth-oriented Sales Leader to contribute to their mission of tech-driven clinical trial oversight. The role involves meeting revenue targets, prospecting and closing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing sales strategies, contract negotiation, and collaborating with the product team. Essential skills include B2B software sales experience in the life science space, relationship building, maturity, following best sales practices, problem-solving, communication skills, detail orientation, competitiveness, and CRM software proficiency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success selling B2B software in the life science space
  • Ability to sell effectively in an early stage company, independently of a large staff, supported by a small internal team of smart, capable fun colleagues and best in class outsourced sales and marketing talent
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with both operational and senior level executives of key target clients and channel partners
  • Maturity โ€“ exercises a good balance of risk taking and judgment; Is aggressive and confident
  • Experienced with best in class sales and marketing processes and tools; ability to follow Concinnity sales/marketing playbook
  • High-energy personality with an infectiously positive attitude
  • A problem solver and critical thinker with fantastic professional communication skill
  • Detail-oriented with focus on quality and precision
  • Competitive and growth-oriented
  • Skilled and disciplined at using HubSpot or similar CRM software
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree required; graduate education level preferred
  • 5-10 years of B2B life science software sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Meet or exceed customer retention goals
  • Meet or exceed NPS and other customer satisfaction metrics
  • Prospect and close relationships with key target accounts
  • Ensure rapid adoption, consistent engagement and product and relationship satisfaction
  • Embrace a โ€˜lean startupโ€™ style of constant experimentation and learning
  • Implement a standardized outreach for current and future clients, coordinating across sales channels, client management, and marketing and communications and evolving as needed
  • Execute on sales strategies that keep up with industry changes and forecasts
  • Raise excitement about the Cloud Concinnityยฎ brand within the industry in order to acquire customers
  • Work with our Client Operations & Customer Success team to ensure we're achieving our customer retention and renewal goals
  • Collaborate with Product team to prioritize product roadmap
