Summary
Join Zinnia as a Sales Director and contribute to the company's sales organization and processes. You will work closely with the Head of Enterprise sales to advance revenue growth, build relationships with senior executives in the life insurance industry, and drive revenue generation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Software as a Service (Saas) technology sales experience
- 10+ years in the FinTech or Insurance industries
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with both small and large organizations
- Excellent presentation skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, persistent and passionate
- You are comfortable with CRM tracking systems, Hubspot being a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives in the life insurance industry
- Own your sales territory, identify prospects and convert those targets to new clients
- Work in concert with sales operations, solution consulting, marketing, and other stakeholders across the company
- Be willing to travel 50% of the time to meet with prospects, clients, and attend industry events
