Summary

Join Nutrabolt as the Division Sales Director, Beverage, overseeing relationships with DSD Distributor Partners in the greater New York City area. This remote, field-based role (60% travel) requires managing a sales team, aligning distributors with company strategies, and driving retail execution. You will report to the VP of Beverage Distribution and contribute to the development of sales strategies. The position offers a competitive salary, management bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits. Success will be measured against revenue targets, execution goals, budget adherence, and team performance.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of related experience with a proven track record of distributor and personnel management
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the capability to train and present
  • Experienced in negotiation, trade budgeting, and retail programming
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • Must live near a major airport
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Nutraboltโ€™s MVR policy guidelines
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs+

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic team of distribution management and sales professionals
  • Ensure distributor partners across the region are fully aligned with Nutrabolt strategies and initiatives with established distributor management routines
  • Effectively manage the performance of field sales team through the development and management of distribution and sales KPIs
  • Establish and maintain critical relationships with key distributor and retailer stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of distribution and field sales strategies. Advocate for or create the necessary resources required to win in the market
  • Work cross-functionally with national sales, commercial execution, supply chain, marketing, finance, and other teams to drive successful market support and strategy for your region

Preferred Qualifications

Pre-existing working relationships with distributor partners of choice and relevant geographies preferred
