Summary

Join GoGlobal as a Sales Enablement Specialist to drive key sales enablement initiatives, manage sales tools, onboard new hires, and support the international sales team in a fully remote position. This role requires 1.5-2 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B environment.

Requirements

  • 1.5-2 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B environment
  • Ability to manage and follow up on training sessions and onboarding plans
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Solid project management skills, with experience in managing or supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
  • Highly organized planner with strong time management skills
  • A proactive team player and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution of training programs
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process for new Sales Executives and SDRs, guiding them through each step
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of key sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, conversation intelligence tool, LMS
  • Support training initiatives with the creation and editing of video content for onboarding, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Take part in projects within Sales Operations and across functions, which may involve internal process improvements, new tool evaluations, and implementations
  • Keep sales content & resources up to date by managing and refreshing the sales playbook, templates, snippets, sales decks, policies, and marketing materials used by the sales team
  • Work with sales leadership to identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, technology utilization, and training effectiveness. Proactively recommend tools and practices to boost sales team productivity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LMS and experience with content creation is a strong plus
  • Experience in video recording and editing (absolute plus!)
