  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies; familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals
  • Create and deliver training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce sales collateral and tools that articulate the value of Rad AI’s products
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain and optimize our sales enablement platform to ensure easy access to essential resources
  • Work with product teams to ensure sales has up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits
  • Organize and manage sales onboarding programs for new team members
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business or a related discipline
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and AI technology
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
