- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies; familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals
- Create and deliver training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to produce sales collateral and tools that articulate the value of Rad AIโs products
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights
- Maintain and optimize our sales enablement platform to ensure easy access to essential resources
- Work with product teams to ensure sales has up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits
- Organize and manage sales onboarding programs for new team members
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business or a related discipline
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and AI technology
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
