Summary

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar function (could include time in sales or marketing roles that supported enablement)
  • 2+ years in a leadership or program management capacity (even if not directly managing people)
  • Technical skills and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to set, manage, and meet priorities in the face of competing demands
  • Remarkable attention to detail
  • Ability to compile and analyze data

Responsibilities

  • Manages sales enablement function and associated team members
  • Identifies vendor partners for outsourced needs and manages those relationships
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline/enhance sales tools and processes
  • Partners with the SVP of Sales to ensure standard selling strategies are followed across the sales organization
  • Leads sales messaging and creation of sales enablement materials
  • Assists in the development and delivery of sales training content and materials
  • Keeps abreast of new trends in sales enablement and revenue operations
  • Builds strong relationships with the sales team as well as other departments
  • Assists in generating and interpreting sales reports
