Summary
Join Pennylane, a fast-growing FinTech company, as a Sales Enablement Lead and contribute to the success of our sales team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a continuous development strategy for our 80 sales representatives, developing and maintaining Pennylane's sales methodology, and supporting our team leads. This role requires at least five years of experience in a sales-related position, proven coaching skills, and strong analytical abilities. Requirements
- At least five years of successful experience in a Sales Coach, Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales manager position
- Complete coaching experience: understanding and analysis of the sales cycle, prioritization and planning of coaching initiatives, collaboration with Team Leads, communication
- Excellent communicator (oral and written), ability to demonstrate pedagogy, benevolence and assertiveness
- Successful experience in managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders from multiple teams
- Analytical profile: ability to define priorities analytically, and to demonstrate the result of one's actions in a quantified manner
- A natural curiosity and the desire to really have an impact π
- Speak English (the level is evaluated and appreciated according to the department you are applying for)
- Appreciate working in a constantly changing environment
- Make collaboration a priority within your team or with other stakeholders
- Have enough hindsight to prioritize high-impact business actions in your daily activity
Responsibilities
- Create and organize the continuous development strategy of our 80 Sales, relying on our 10 Team Leads: individual and collective coaching roadmaps, coaching routines, career path, challenges. By identifying underperformance areas and opportunities in our sales cycle, your mission will be to propose and lead the most impactful coaching initiatives
- Create and maintain Pennylane's sales methodology. In charge of all messages conveyed by our salespeople, oral and written, you will be responsible for sales scripts and sales techniques at each stage of the sales cycle, as well as the coordination of sales support
- Support our Team Leads: Development of coaching tools and methods, training of our Team Leads on the use of these methods and tools, monitoring of KPIs and action plans by team. Animate the community of our 10 Team Leads
