Summary

CloudQuery is hiring a Sales Engineer to join their growing GTM team. The role involves supporting customers during trials/PoCs, identifying insights and trends, resolving customer issues, and having experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or sales engineering with at least 6 years of experience.

Requirements

• 6 + years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering or sales engineering
• Deep experience with using/operating one of the large cloud providers AWS/GCP/Azure
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language
• Experienced with PostgreSQL and SQL
• Experience working in enterprise environments and customers
• Understanding of how setup and operate a container orchestration tool (K8s, ECS, etc)

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Executives to qualify and support customers throughout trials/PoCs and launch
• Raise insights and trends identified from customer interactions
• Work with engineering team to resolve customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-guided, Resourceful, Excellent communicator
• Genuine interest in understanding the issues and use cases our customers are solving
