Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (advanced degrees preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in chemical engineering sales
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading engineering projects
  • Experience in sales activities, product demonstrations, and customer communications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Technical competence in chemical and physical characteristics of viscous products
  • Sales aptitude and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Support the design of industrial mixers for processing chemical-based materials (food, pharmaceutical, solders, pastes)
  • Provide technical support during sales activities and product demonstrations
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve customer mixing processes
  • Collaborate with both internal and customer teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Manage projects from conception through execution, adhering to timelines and budgets
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships
  • Independently present and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through direct contact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial mixers
  • Work experience in production environments
  • Strong leadership and management potential
