Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
- Possess strong knowledge of Azure services, networking, cloud security, and hybrid architectures
- Have a minimum of 5 years in cloud pre-sales, solution architecture, or IT consulting, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales activities, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their existing systems and pain points, offering tailored solutions to facilitate seamless migration to cloud-based platforms
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of cloud solutions to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting during proof-of-concept trials and solution deployments
- Act as a liaison between the sales, engineering, and product management teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed
- Continuously stay updated on advancements in Azure technology and cloud solutions relevant to the medical technology sector
- Monitor cloud performance, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices during migration projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Have familiarity with medical systems, clinical data management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
