Summary
Join our team as a Sales Executive - Retail Planning and be a part of our Retail Planning and Visual Merchandising Planning Team. You will sell to major Fashion and Sports Good Retailers, leveraging a global PLM leadership position within a rapidly growing company. This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement. You will be responsible for driving net new sales and revenue goals. The team is home-based globally, and the role reports to the VP of Sales. This is a multifaceted job with high responsibility and broad opportunities, including remote work.
Requirements
- 5+ years Sales experience
- Solid expert in selling Enterprise solutions
- Extensive experience in the Fashion and Luxury industry
- Solid background in planning solutions (ideally Merchandise and Assortment Planning)
- Track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication, organizational, time management skills
- Skilled with sales systems, forecasting and quoting
Responsibilities
- Consistently engage in strategic account planning
- Understand and be able to articulate the value proposition of Centric Planning
- Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Own the entire process from pipeline generation, internal collaboration to opportunity closure
- Build and execute a basic plan to drive growth and profitability
- Engage with customers to identify opportunities. Translate customer basic business challenges and goals into sales opportunities
- Work with decision makers in the customer organization
- Exercises independent judgement within procedures to close deals
- Collaborate with team members to execute on sales
Preferred Qualifications
AI/Optimization solutions familiarity a big plus
