Join our team as an energetic and driven Sales Executive to champion NOA, our innovative AI-powered platform for the healthcare industry. You will introduce NOA to healthcare professionals, showcasing its ability to streamline workflows and empower doctors. As an AI Sales Executive, you will conduct needs assessments, present customized solutions, manage the sales process, and build client relationships. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of SaaS sales experience and 1 year with large accounts, excellent communication skills, fluency in Spanish, and strong negotiation skills. The position offers a dynamic work environment, remote work flexibility, and various benefits including share options, health insurance, and wellness programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in SaaS
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with large accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Fluent in Spanish
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and present customized AI solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives

- Experience in Healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
