Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in technical B2B SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or software products in mid-market (deal sizes USD $10K to $100K range)
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry and/or experience selling to aviation-related businesses
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, navigate organizational structures, and build consensus among stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and influence decision-making
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth
- Fluency in English and ideally German speaking, other languages would be a plus
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to client meetings and industry events as required
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the EMEA market
- Identify and qualify leads, leveraging inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting efforts, and networking opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our SaaS offerings
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Development, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and navigate contract discussions to successfully close deals
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on pipeline activity using CRM software
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Represent TrustFlight at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our network
