Summary
Join SuccessKPI's Sales Internship program for Summer 2025! This ten-week, full-time remote internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. You'll learn SuccessKPI's products, assist with sales presentations, qualify leads, engage with prospects, support account management, and conduct market research. The program is designed for rising university seniors pursuing a business-related degree and aims to convert successful interns into full-time hires. The internship is fully remote, but candidates must reside in one of the specified states. SuccessKPI offers a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for career development and growth.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (graduating in 2026)
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment
- Successful candidates will exhibit a desire to learn and a common-sense approach to problem-solving. SuccessKPI values individuals who are demonstrated team players and can interact with all levels of the organization while showing initiative, integrity, and creativity
- Applicants must have permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- To qualify as a candidate for SuccessKPI’s Summer Intern Program you must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and May 2025
Responsibilities
- Learn and Support the Sales Process: Gain a thorough understanding of SuccessKPI’s products, services, and value proposition by attending intensive training to learn about the SuccesKPI solutions
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals including developing and delivering value-based product demonstrations for customers, partners, and prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads using CRM tools and market research
- Participate in outreach campaigns, including emails, calls, and LinkedIn messaging, to generate new business opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Support account executives with managing client relationships and maintaining regular communication with customers
- Contribute to the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and updates
- Analyze industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to identify potential growth areas
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business goals
- Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
