This remote role, with bi-weekly visits to Cheshire Oaks, focuses on selling annual subscriptions to the construction intelligence database. You will collaborate with appointment bookers, generate leads, and present solutions to clients. The position offers a 3 pm Friday finish, hybrid working, and various benefits. Requirements

  • Proven experience demonstrating and selling solutions to clients (face to face selling in person and virtual)
  • Highly motivated and tenacious -  determined to exceed targets
  • Resilient, assertive and a good objection handler
  • Able to demonstrate a consultative selling approach
  • Ability to close and sign-up clients
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Collaborative working with colleagues
  • Willingness to self source sales leads through multiple mediums eg phone, online, networking

Responsibilities

  • Selling annual subscriptions to prospects
  • Work collaboratively with the appointment bookers who will help generate your opportunities and secure new business. Self-generation of opportunities is also required
  • Excellent preparation - researching the customer and ensuring you have relevant presentation decks  / marketing material for all meetings
  • Understand client’s objectives and sell solutions to answer their needs
  • Timely follow-ups with vinyards, proposals and second meetings if needed
  • Provide regular status updates on pipeline built, next steps, average order value and conversion
  • Accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Take a consultative selling style, linking client needs to our product offerings
  • Be clear on our USPs versus our competitors
  • Keep up to date with market trends
