Summary
Join Alliance North America (ANA) as a Sales Leader in the Southern Region! This remote role requires a technical background in power generation and compressed air, along with proven sales experience. - Requires well-developed problem solving and negotiation skills across the pricing spectrum
- Must understand financing alternatives and solutions that match the needs of our customers
- Demonstrated efficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Proof of valid driverβs license and insurability
- Technical background in Power Generation and Compressed Air required
- Understanding of regional market and business activity drivers that will support exceeding revenue goals
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize markets, customers, channels and partnering opportunities
- Strong territory management skill and proven success in managing all sales opportunities from qualification to order and account management after the sale
- Discipline to provide timely forecasts, complete CRM data entries, etc. in an effort to support other ANA departments and team members including: Finance, Marketing, Inside Sales, Technical Support, Operations, and Engineering
- Technical aptitude and wherewithal to learn and understand ANA product line
- Ability to manage multi-tier pricing programs, negotiate freight, terms and conditions, etc. in line with ANA processes
- Ability to work and communicate effectively and positively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Develop territory sales plans to build a solid customer base to drive sales and account growth
- Manage all aspects of the customer partnership by providing options and solutions that match customer requirements, ensuring satisfaction with delivered product through the entire product life cycle
- Maintain expenses within operating budgets and develop travel schedules to efficiently cover all market opportunities on a regular basis while keeping costs to a minimum
- Educate customers on products, service, warranties, and technical support
- Drive a high-quality customer experience by selling the ANA way using values and culture as a standard
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
